Hey there...we’re Chris and Mark - two Chicago boys and proud sons of immigrants who were raised in a Polish household of extraordinary cooks. We’re the progeny of a culinary dynamic duo known for bringing people together around great food and good times. Good food techniques have always been part of our heritage and upbringing - growing slow and organic, pickling and fermenting, and a little pierogi dumpling making too.Since then, we’ve been busy re-imagining our traditions in new and distinctive ways – having fun sharing our take on these foods with our friends, family, and the local Chicago community. We’re retelling good food culinary traditions from our heritage with our delicious eats – engaging fans who want to reconnect with real food and the good food movement to develop a better understanding of their local food ecosystem and the positive impact it has on their own community.
